about Fabiola Ramirez
Fabiola Ramírez is a strategist, operator, and longtime advocate for the arts, with over two decades of experience working at the intersection of creativity, community, and execution.
She began her career in the arts in 2000, supporting artists and cultural initiatives through public programs, nonprofit leadership, and institutional partnerships. Her work has always centered on helping creatives organize their ideas, strengthen their practices, and build sustainable, meaningful paths forward.
Over the past year, Fabiola stepped into a new environment outside of the arts, leading operations within a fast-paced, high-stakes industry. During this time, she expanded her skillset in sales, negotiation, leadership, systems building, crisis management, efficiency, and client engagement and retention. It was a period of deep growth, sharpening her ability to move quickly, think strategically, and execute with precision under pressure.
That experience did not pull her away from the arts. It strengthened her for it.
Through FABI, Fabiola returns to her creative roots with a renewed perspective, bringing these expanded tools back to the artists, entrepreneurs, and cultural workers she has supported for over 20 years. Her work now bridges artistic vision with operational strength, ensuring that ideas are not only inspired, but realized, sustained, and positioned to grow.
She works closely with a small group of clients, offering thoughtful strategy, clear structure, and hands-on execution. Her approach is intentional, relational, and grounded in a deep commitment to seeing people and their ideas fully realized.
At her core, Fabiola is a builder of artists, ideas, and lasting impact.
